Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods (including but not limited to downloads, digital files, templates, e-books, and online content), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a refund for digital products.

Physical Products

Order Preparation & Packaging

We take great care in packing each order securely and appropriately before shipment to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays incurred during shipping, as these are beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend:

- Taking photos of the packaging and product immediately upon delivery

- Filing a claim directly with the courier or shipping provider

We are happy to provide supporting documentation if required for courier claims.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items)

Unless otherwise stated, all physical sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect address provided by the customer

- Delays caused by the courier

- Damage occurring during transit

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will review the issue.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure that all shipping details, including address and contact information, are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

- Failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate information

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or courier service interruptions.
